Thisis pretty stupid, I have Win 7 and ran into the same problem as everyone here. A Win 10 requirement for a game that isn't at all graphically demanding is a very dumb idea. I won't be refunding since I will be upgrading to Win 10 soon since Win 7 will no longer be supported by Microshaft as of 14th of Jan but still, this sucks.
