As for fuel, after around 800 kilometres of both off-roading and getting around town, our Daily 4x4 returned fuel consumption of 15.0L/100km. That gives a safe range of 550 kilometres from the standard 90-litre fuel tank, or – says Iveco – around 1000 kilometres from our test vehicle, which had been fitted with an aftermarket long-range tank.
Fuel economy? We recorded an average consumption of 16.5L/100km, with that figure climbing into the low twenties when off-roading. With a 90-litre fuel tank (and a 25-litre AdBlue tank – the Daily 4x4 uses an SCR system to help meet emissions compliance), that's a safe range of around 500 kilometres, depending on usage and payload.
The Cursor 13 is a 12,880 cc, in-line six-cylinder engine available with three power ratings: o 380 and 440HP with fixed-geometry turbo and waste-gate. o 440HP with variable-geometry turbo (VGT). The Cursor 13 440HP engine delivers peak torque of 2,100Nm from 1,000 rpm and keeps it constant up to 1,525 rpm.
